Sharing of Information

AVA Saves does not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform and process homeowner workflows.

Current processors may include OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Google Analytics. We evaluate processors for security and contractual privacy safeguards.

User Rights

You may request to download data, delete your account, or delete uploaded documents. We process validated requests within a reasonable timeframe and may retain limited records where required by law, security, billing, or fraud prevention obligations.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, basic functionality, and optional analytics. Authentication and essential application cookies remain active when optional analytics is rejected.

Google Analytics 4 is disabled until you choose Accept analytics. You can chooseReject optional analytics or reopen Analytics choices from the site controls at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional event collection and removes Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits. AVA Saves does not intentionally send private homeowner content such as names, email addresses, street addresses, uploaded document contents, equipment serial numbers, financing documents, or chat message text to Google Analytics.

To operate the consent control, AVA Saves records aggregate counts of explicit accept and reject choices, including preference changes. These counts do not include account details, IP addresses, user-agent data, visitor identifiers, or browsing history, and they are not a count of unique people. Consent choices are sent to AVA Saves' application endpoint and are not sent to Google Analytics.

Security Practices

We implement layered security controls that may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, provider-level protections, and periodic internal review. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves, legal requirements change, or processor relationships are updated. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
