AVA Saves is a homeowner platform for organizing HVAC and home records, analyzing uploaded documents, generating Home Intelligence, and helping users evaluate decisions involving repairs, replacements, financing, and operating costs.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and home information
• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Review professional advice before making major HVAC decisions

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription, Payment, and Billing Terms

Subscription access and billing are managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan until canceled.

Refund eligibility, if offered, follows plan terms and applicable law. You may cancel renewal at any time; access remains active through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

AVA Saves, including software, branding, and platform content, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal homeowner use of the service.

User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded files and account content. You grant us rights necessary to host, process, analyze, secure, and display that content to deliver platform features.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVA Saves is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including decisions made based on uploads, analyses, or third-party contractor interactions.

Acceptable Use Policy

• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse platform infrastructure
• No unauthorized access to other user data
• No use for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• No automated scraping outside approved interfaces

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion where available.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement or, if none is specified, the jurisdiction where AVA Saves is primarily operated.
